Hand-harvested at peak maturity, cured through authentic wooden sweatboxes, and strictly sorted by moisture, vanillin content, length, and aroma profile.
Every single pod is harvested at full 8-9 month maturity, cured through authentic slow sun-curing to achieve deep chocolate-brown luster and supreme vanillin retention.

From selective flower hand-pollination on Indonesian highland ridges to climate-controlled vacuum dispatch, here is how we ensure zero mold and supreme vanillin retention.
Cultivated in pristine highland agroforestry in Papua. Vanilla flowers are hand-pollinated and pods remain on the vine for 8 to 9 months until the tips show a subtle pale yellow blush, indicating maximum glucovanillin maturity.
Immediately after harvest, freshly picked green vanilla pods are delivered to the local processing hub, cleaned, and sorted by length and thickness before thermal curing commences.
Pods undergo thermal activation in hot water followed immediately by tightly wrapping in clean woolen blankets inside insulated wooden sweatboxes. This sweating cycle activates natural beta-glucosidase enzymes, converting glucosides into aromatic vanillin.
Pods are laid across elevated wooden beds under gentle equatorial morning sun for 2 to 3 hours daily, then wrapped and sweated each afternoon. Slow, gradual evaporation prevents skin hardening and locks in natural oils.
Beans are transferred into lined conditioning trunks for slow aroma stabilization. Once fully conditioned, beans are meticulously hand-sorted by certified specialists based on length, weight, moisture, and cosmetic perfection into Gourmet, Grade A, and Grade B.
Graded beans are bundled into 1 kg allocations, sealed inside heavy-gauge, food-grade transparent vacuum pouches. This barrier eliminates moisture loss, prevents oxidation, and preserves the volatile aromatic bouquet during international transit.
Packed inventory is staged in dark, temperature- and humidity-controlled export storage.
